I was born into a uniquely complex family system that left me constantly curious about environmental change and human behaviors. Though I have owned several diverse roles over the course of my personal & professional life there has been a consistent thread in supporting people through change. Sometimes the change was large-scale organizational change initiated outside of one’s individual choice. Sometime the change was spurred by personal life events. I have always been fascinated with facing sometimes harsh realities and the goodness in people to elevate perspective.

Today you will find me as a Manager in the Organizational Development space, supporting an innovative organization making the transition to scale. Moving from more traditional corporate settings to such a dynamic and eclectic work environment created an even deeper investment in supporting people’s individual sense of contribution. You may also find me serving within the role of an In-Patient Hospice Care volunteer where I spend my time with patients and families in need of caring presence.
